The Grand Canyon:

The Grand Canyon was found by congress and passed as a national park by President Theodore Roosevelt. The Grand Canyon, Arizona is one of the wonders that people see all over the world. Between the Canyon, you will see a river that stretches 447km. It’s the Colorado River. The Grand Canyon has 70 species of mammals including dogs, 25 types of birds, and 5 reptiles. That’s 100 animals in all. 1000 years ago, Native American Indians lived next to the waterfall.  Over there, they built caves for shelter, and got food from the animals and crops that live there. Now here’s some advice if you plan to take a trip over there. If you feel like taking pictures, go to the eagle point. You can capture the whole Canyon. If you want to go to the 4000 feet waterfall, go to the Mather point. You might want to look at the American Indians. (Don’t worry, there friendly). And last of all, visit the museum to learn about the American Indian’s. and how did the Canyon evolve.

 

 

 

Yellowstone national park:

Yellowstone was established by president Ulysses Grant. Yellowstone is located in Montana and Wyoming. Yellowstone has the most collection of geysers. Yellowstone is mainly known for it’s wildlife. Native Americans have lived in Yellowstone since 1910. The animals you will find there is buffalo’s, mocking birds, mountain goats and surprisingly elephants. Yellowstone has the biggest volcano in the whole united states. The magma grows 3 inches every year. Yellowstone’s volcano blows it’s top every 2.1 million years. If it blows, that impact would cover 2 thirds of America with toxic smoke. The biggest attractions in Yellowstone is old faithful geyser. The geyser is so hot, that it could kill you. If you want to see the volcano, keep a fair distance apart even if it won’t erupt because the rocks is very hot if you go close by.
